At HostRadar, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and support. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are committed to making the cancellation, return, and refund process as easy and transparent as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel their hosting account at any time by contacting our support team via email or support ticket. We do not offer phone cancellation. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation via email within 24 hours.

If you cancel your hosting account within 30 days of the initial purchase, you will receive a full refund. Please note that domain registration fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your account after 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Policy:

We do not offer a return policy for our web hosting services. All sales are final. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers who purchase our hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your purchase, you may cancel your hosting account and receive a full refund, excluding domain registration fees.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. If you paid with a credit or debit card, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you cancel your hosting account after the 30-day money-back guarantee period, you will not be eligible for a refund. We also do not offer refunds for domain registration fees, as these fees are paid to the domain registrar and are non-refundable.
